Our client organizes the Quality Assurance (QA) processes for their client which is a global automotive supplier, during the process paper-based documents are created based on the daily reported QA cases, these data should be automatically transferred to a management system.

The Proof of Concept (POC) and Pilot projects are aiming to identify those current and future processes that can be automated with the use of intelligent document processing combined with RPA Automation technology.

 

The Business Challenge

Inaccurate information and late creation of daily reports lead to profit loss for the client, the report frequency must be independent of the shifts of administrative representatives and created daily, preferably at scheduled deadlines. The reports should be administered digitally at the same time as the creation of paper-based documents.
